This charming 9ct yellow gold ring has a wonderfully distinctive geometric design, centred on a vivid turquoise panel framed by a finely twisted gold border. Set against the bright blue ground is a delicate floral motif, which could well be a forget-me-not, with a small blue central stone and sparkling accents picked out in contrasting white metal. The diamond-shaped face gives the ring a particularly characterful, almost pictorial quality, while the slender rounded band keeps it surprisingly comfortable and easy to wear.
The ring is fully hallmarked for 9ct gold at the London Assay Office, with the date letter confirming its manufacture in 2006. Measuring 18 × 10mm across the turquoise panel and weighing a pleasing 3.5g, it is in good condition, with a slight fracture visible within the turquoise. This does not appear to compromise the stone’s stability, as the turquoise remains securely set and the fracture is not expected to cause the stone to break with normal wear. The ring is finished with an unusual combination of bold colour, floral detail and rope-like edging.
Fun fact: Forget-me-nots have long been associated with remembrance and enduring affection, and turquoise was historically used in sentimental jewellery partly because of its blue colour and associations with love and fidelity. The combination makes the possible forget-me-not motif particularly fitting here.

Do you offer resizing or alterations?
I'm afraid due to lack of resources, I cannot offer any ring resizing or alterations at the moment, but I do recommend to my clients to reach out to their local jeweller for a quote on how much they would charge.
What condition are these pieces in?
All of my items are solid gold and are either modern, retro (over 20 years old), vintage (over 40 years old), or antique (over 100 years old) but they're all preloved/secondhand. Signs of wear and imperfections are more than likely (but isn't that just the joy of preloved and old jewellery?) so please make sure to double-check product information before purchasing to avoid any disappointment.
How do I know the metal purity is accurate?
All metal purities listed (e.g. 9ct, 18ct) are based on visible hallmarks present on the items. Where hallmarks are unclear or absent, this will be stated in the listing (e.g. tested for 9ct gold). All my items are solid – no plated or vermeil here!
How will my item be packaged and shipped?
All pieces are carefully packaged in a little white box with a gold string bow; for UK customers I send via Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure they arrive promptly. For international customers, the same applies, and the delivery service is calculated at checkout. Items will be insured as per delivery service default limit.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely happy, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. As all pieces are one-of-a-kind antiques, we cannot offer exchanges, but we will do our best to resolve any issues.
